Avvai Tamil School — Parent Registration Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a student with Avvai Tamil School, the parent/legal guardian agrees to comply with all school policies, operational procedures, and academic guidelines established by the school.

2 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

The parent or legal guardian confirms that:

  • All information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
  • The parent/guardian has legal authority to enroll the student.
  • Contact information, emergency contacts, and medical information will be kept up to date.
  • The school must be notified promptly regarding any changes to student or guardian information.
3 Student Conduct

Students are expected to treat teachers, volunteers, staff, and fellow students with respect, follow classroom rules, participate safely, and avoid disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior. The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or removal, for serious misconduct.

4 Attendance and Participation

Parents are encouraged to ensure that students attend classes regularly and on time, participate actively, and complete assignments and academic requirements as applicable.
