Avvai Tamil School — Parent Registration Agreement
By registering a student with Avvai Tamil School, the parent/legal guardian agrees to comply with all school policies, operational procedures, and academic guidelines established by the school.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that:
Students are expected to treat teachers, volunteers, staff, and fellow students with respect, follow classroom rules, participate safely, and avoid disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior. The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or removal, for serious misconduct.
Parents are encouraged to ensure that students attend classes regularly and on time, participate actively, and complete assignments and academic requirements as applicable.
In case of emergency, parents authorize the school to contact emergency services if immediate medical attention is required. The school may contact the parent/guardian using the provided contact information. Parents are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency details.
Student photographs, videos, audio recordings, or class activities may occasionally be used for school-related purposes including newsletters, communications, yearbooks, cultural programs, and social media postings. No sensitive personal information will be publicly shared without consent.
Parents and students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. School systems and platforms must be used only for educational purposes. Unauthorized access, misuse, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
The school may collect and maintain student and guardian information for operational, educational, communication, safety, and administrative purposes, including student profiles, contact details, attendance records, and uploaded registration documents.
